8-Minute Abs: Get Your Waist Smaller!
Its Video Time! This week we're getting back to another installment of the 8-Minute Ab Series! We're focusing on 4 different exercises: Bicycle Crunches, V-Up on the left / right side and Penguins. The main focus for abs this week is to keep them contracted throughout the entire movement of each exercise, not necessarily doing as many reps as you can in the allotted time. What you'll find is that the slower you do each exercise and the tighter you squeeze the abs each time you breathe out, the harder it will be and your abs will get super sore!
