8 Minute Abs: Around The World Plank

I'm really excited for this week's 8 Minute Abs video on how to do an Around The World Plank! Instead of me doing all of the exercises for the video, I had the help of my really good friend Kasey from Styled By Kasey who went through the entire 8 Minute Workout with me coaching her how to do the exercises.
