12 Minute Bodyweight TRX Workout

Found this video while going through old footage over the weekend and just uploaded it to Youtube today! If you aren’t subscribed, I’d really appreciate if you did as I will be uploading to Youtube several times per month again beginning today!

As many of you may know, I’ve been a trainer for 12 years where I’ve personally trained hundreds of clients and coached over a thousand personal trainers how to train clients. When I started Sweatspace, my goal was to help more people outside of my existing client base learn simple workouts you can do anywhere with limited equipment.

After taking some time away from sharing workouts by focusing primarily on simple healthy food as well as my journey into fatherhood - beginning today, I’ll be sharing at least 1 workout per month on Youtube and the blog. I would love any feedback on more videos to share going forward as well as if this one was helpful.

The Workout:

Complete each exercise for 50 seconds with a 10 second rest between the transition to the next exercise then repeat one more time to complete the workout in 12 minutes keeping good form. If you feel like you can do another round - continue the circuit as many times until fatigue.
