Heirloom Tomato Avocado Toast

Sourdough toast topped with sliced avocado, heirloom tomato, garlic, olive oil, soft boiled egg, chives + red pepper flakes

For the perfect jammy soft boiled egg cook for 6:15 then place in ice water to stop the cooking

Meanwhile in a pre-heated cast iron skillet, add olive oil and sourdough bread to cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes per side or until toasted to your liking

While those cook, slice the avocado, heirloom tomato, mince one garlic clove, chives to add over the toast

Start with the base which is the sourdough, then the half of an avocado that’s sliced, followed by the heirloom tomato (make sure to salt, drizzle of olive oil and top with the minced garlic clove) and finish by topping with the soft boiled egg, chives and red pepper flakes
