Protein Powder's New Kid On The Block! (22 Days Nutrition)
Have you taken a walk into a supplement shop lately? Yikes! Its overwhelming for me and I’ve been in the fitness industry for a better part of a decade. There are walls and walls of all the latest and greatest “fast-acting” / “slow-releasing” / “platinum” / you name it protein powders. I’ve got news for you, nearly all of them are terrible for you!
Pick up your protein powder, flip it around and take a look at the label. I can almost guarantee you that there’s a laundry list of ingredients, many of those ingredients are synthetic, processed and may require the use of a medical dictionary. Don’t get me wrong, there was a time when I consumed my fair share of these as well, but at the time there weren’t many good options like there are today. That’s why I’m sharing with you a protein powder I discovered a few months back by 22 Days Nutrition that changed my life.
Most protein powders really mess up my stomach, plus make me feel bloated and retain too much water. Since using the protein powder from 22 Days Nutrition, I’m leaner and feel so much better! I have been testing each of the flavors and using it consistently for the past few months so I can give you all the deets before writing a post on it. Check it out below!
- USDA Organic
- Only Organic Pea Protein Grown and Processed in the U.S.
Chocolate: Best with Almond Milk or in Smoothies
Natural: Best when mixed in Smoothies
Strawberry: My favorite! Its great with Water, Almond Milk or in Smoothies.
Vanilla: Best with Almond Milk + Cinnamon or in Smoothies.
I highly recommend avoiding all protein powders that aren’t USDA Organic and have very complex ingredients. If you can't pronounce the ingredient or there's a ridiculous amount of ingredients, tread with caution.
I'd love it if you could share any other awesome organic protein powders minus all the processed ingredients. I want to know about them all and try them so I can continue sharing the best with you! Please email me with any other great options at firstname.lastname@example.org or leave a comment below!
Thank you so much for stopping by and I hope that you have an amazing day!
All the Best,
