Band Workout Video - Sculpt And Tone Your Arms!
Happy Friday! Today's video is all about sculpting and toning your arms by using bands. The workout is very versatile so that you can do it really anywhere, whether you're in your home, traveling or even in the gym. In the video, I used a 1/2 inch superband which is the perfect compliment to working your shoulders and arms on the go. I recommend that you get a 1/4 inch, 1/2 inch and 1 inch superband so that you can easily adjust between working your legs or upper body.
