TRX Essentials: 5 Things To Know Before You Use A TRX

The TRX is an absolutely amazing piece of equipment as it allows you to manipulate your bodyweight by adjusting the angle of each exercise. No matter your fitness level or when you begin fatiguing, you can make small adjustments to continue doing each exercise and get great results. The TRX gives you the ability to do a wide variety of exercises and not to mention, you can literally take it with you anywhere you go. The only requirement is that you have a place to hang the TRX and you're all set! Hang it on a pole, a tree or even on your door and BOOM! You're ready to roll!
